Artist ban list
For touring artists, visiting teams and promoters: the people you want kept out of your shows, or watched for, with photos, in one file for each venue's security.
Start a new list
Who it's from and your show dates, then each person with up to 4 photos.
Update a list
Open a list file you saved here before, change it and save it again. Venues that import the new file see who was added, taken off or changed.
This list has a password
Whose list
The venue sees this at the top of the list.
People
Only people you have good reason to list. A venue may rely on this to refuse someone entry, so keep to what you know.
Save the file
Email the file to each venue. Give them the password another way, by phone or text, never in the same email.
What the venue does with it
Venues using Venue Logger import the file and keep it exactly as you sent it: nobody at the venue can change who's on it or what it says. They switch it on for your shows, so their security sees each person's photos and what you want done, and can record it if someone turns up. It's deleted from their computer 7 days after your last show there.
Keeping it up to date
Keep the file. To add someone or take someone off, open it here, change it, save it again and send the new file. It replaces the old one, and the venue sees what changed.
Photos
Up to 4 for each person, made smaller as they're added: clear, recent and face-on works best. A list with many photos can be too big for some email; if it is, send it with a file-sharing link.
